Tektronix, Inc. , a leading worldwide provider of test, measurement and monitoring instrumentation, today completed its previously announced acquisition of Minacom, a leading provider of active probe test solutions used by telecommunications carriers, cable multi-system operators (MSOs), wireless and VoIP providers worldwide.
Tektronix acquired Minacom in an asset purchase for approximately US $27.0M plus certain assumed liabilities. The impact of the acquisition is expected to be immaterial to Tektronix' financial results for the fiscal year.
